A post-publication check against the primary sources produced five changes. Sweden: the government designated five national competent authorities on 4 June 2026 (Fi2026/01365) — PTS, IMY, Finansinspektionen, Läkemedelsverket and Swedac — rather than granting IMY a permanent market-surveillance designation on 15 June; PTS coordinates under an assignment running to 31 December 2026. SOU 2025:101 was published in October 2025; the consultation closing date given earlier could not be verified and has been removed. KI Norge: Hans Christian Holte was named director on 6 May 2026, not in June, the body launched on 1 June 2026, and the NOK 30 million was proposed in the October 2025 budget. The expansion of Olivia from 304 to 448 accelerators and a 2027 operational date for LUMI-AI could not be confirmed and are now stated more loosely. Statistics Norway’s 58 percent figure covers enterprises with more than 99 employees; Eurostat records Finland at 37.8 percent; Finland’s gigafactory bid was lodged in July 2025.

The benchmark paragraph originally said Meta’s Muse Spark 1.3 scored higher on agentic coding; on Artificial Analysis’ figures Muse Spark 1.3 leads Astra on the Intelligence Index, while on the Coding Agent Index Astra scores 67, roughly level with Claude Opus 5, Fable 5 and Muse Spark 1.3, with Fable 5.1 leading at 70. A claimed fall in safeguard circumvention "from 48 percent to zero" conflated distinct chain-of-thought controllability figures and has been removed; the passage now reports the near-zero rate on the cheating-temptation evaluation that Ryan Greenblatt was responding to. Apollo Research’s finding is now quoted directly, with its evaluation-awareness rates, rather than paraphrased as "somewhat useless". METR’s caveat compares its agents to human researchers, not human experts. The chief scientist quoted is Jakub Pachocki.

Reserved grid capacity for data centres is reported at several stages of the connection queue, and figures differ accordingly: Statnett's Nordic Grid Development Perspective is the source of record here, and lower published totals reflect firm reservations rather than the full queue. The footnote now points at Statnett directly.

The enforcement dates named here have now passed: national market surveillance authorities took up the AI Act file on 2–3 August 2026. Norway's transposition had not entered into force on that date, so Norwegian deployers spent the first weeks of the enforcement era covered by the EU regime without a domestic supervisory authority named in force. Regulation (EU) 2026/1744, the Digital Omnibus on AI, has since amended the AI Act, and the Ministry of Digitalisation and Public Governance has announced a second consultation round on the Norwegian act to reflect it.
